Positive: Well equipped kitchen, great having a Washer and dryer, quiet and comfortable.
Ignore how the area looks, it has street CCTV and a noise policy between 10pm & 6am
Negative: No soap in bathroom and by the time I got upstairs and remembered, was too late so I had to use alcohol rub when back in my room.
Toilet roll holder falls off too, just a small thing.
Bonus would be a usb socket please, even on an extension lead as I had to buy a plug to charge my phone #thirdworldproblems

Would rent again.
Positive: Nice and quiet area, property spacious, clean, everything there for a nice family break. Close enough to city centre.
Negative: Smart lock takes abit of getting used to

Positive: It felt like a home away from home, there was every amenity we needed for cooking, cleaning etc. Lovely view from the balcony.

Positive: Everything was very clean and tidy. They thought about all the little things, cutleries, shampoo, soap, towels, hairdryer, toaster, cooking pans, you name it! We loved our stay. Their staff replied my message straight away at 3AM when I complained of loud noise from next door. This really helped! Not far from city center by car.
Negative: We struggled to find the duvet cover for the sofa bed, as there was a pile if all white folded sheets

We had a great stay at this apartment and would happily book again. It was very easy to find, with clear instructions for self check-in, including the parking gate and lockbox, which made arrival simple and stress-free. The apartment itself is really spacious — much bigger than the photos suggest — and was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.<br/>At night it was peaceful and quiet in line with the 10pm rule, which meant we had a great night’s sleep. The bed was especially comfortable. The location is also ideal, with The Travellers Rest pub nearby serving good food, a coffee shop close by, and a bakery about a 7-minute walk away offering great sandwiches and pastries at very reasonable prices. It’s also well connected, with an easy 18-minute bus ride into Leeds city centre.<br/>We did have a small issue with the hot water on the second day, but this was resolved incredibly quickly — the maintenance man arrived within 10 minutes, which was very impressive.

I had a great stay at Infinity in Leeds for a couple of days. The location is convenient for getting around the city, with shops, restaurants, and transport links all close by.<br/>The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. It felt well maintained and welcoming, making it easy to relax after a day out in Leeds.<br/>Check-in was straightforward, and communication was clear and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was excellent value for money and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay at Infinity again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds.

property ideal and as described<br/> although really could have done without all the additional ID checks, hoops to jump throigh and £50 card payment deposit that was a requirement even after the air n and b booking payment. as lovely as it was we will not use again after this trip on this alone.

Positive: Very clean and tidy with access to a washer/ dryer.. modern and stylish kitchen with oven and everything needed to make your own foods. Clean bedding and very comfortable.. located within a few minutes, walk from a selection of shops, barbers, and other services. The owner is always available to answer any questions and always responds within about 1 hour..
Negative: Honestly, I couldn't complain. Great price, great night.  10/10

Very bad..the room  need air-conditioning or Fan.you just taken money from people with poor conditio
Positive: The room is very hot.no air conditioning  or Fan.i find  it very difficult to sleep. My girlfriend used paper to fan her self..this  is very bad situation..
Negative: You only take money from people. Facilities are very bad. No places to hang items .you need to put wardrobe in the rooms..shaking Bed.your bed also makes noice..your kitchen is very nice.

Me and my partner very much enjoyed this stay and would highly recommend if your looking for a modern built property we are definitely going to stay again as it satisfied pretty much everything we wanted except we only had one problem with the shower keep changing from cold to hot very fast but apart from that everything was great😀.
