Host is very responsive and fixes any issues promptly. Attends immediately to concerns and complaints. Replies in a timely manner. Very communicative and accommodates any personal requests, eg, asked for extra amenities and they personally delivered to the property! Property is as described and is warm and cosy.

we booked a few nights just to have use of a hot tub, catch up on box sets and chat child free (not to go out). the property was as described, the photos are accurate. The yard feels nice and private where the hot tub is and has covering so it feels private.

I’ve been staying here for the past 5 days and my experience has been absolutely excellent. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything I needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax while still being close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and professional throughout, and they were always responsive and helpful. Overall, I got exactly what I paid for and more. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Ha sido agradable alojarse aquí. Las camas son cómodas y grandes. La cocina está bien equipada aunque si eché en falta algunos productos básicos, ya que estuvimos solo 3 días y quizás para una estancia tan corta si se podría cuidar esos detalles como servilletas para la cocina, gel de baño , gel de manos, más papel higiénico. El papel que envuelve el suelo del salón y cocina si estaba en algunas zonas despegado. El “armario” para colocar la ropa estaba roto y era un poco incómodo. Quizás y esto es solo un consejo para mejorar la estancia, pondría algo mejor para poder guardar la ropa y neceseres de aseo ya que el baño es muy pequeño y no había opción de almacenaje en el para los productos de aseo. Pero por lo demás , muy bien, estuvimos muy cómodos y contentos.

The place was generally great especially with the massage chairs. My kids reaĺly love the chairs and they reaĺly felt at home there. The kitchen was clean, the double beds were great just wifi was not too good. I will definitely visit there again.

For the price we paid it was a lovely house, everything we needed the games room, massage chairs and the living room made the house what it was. We did have a few problems Which were rectified when contacting the host.. the electric kept tripping when certain appliances were plugged in which was easily fixable. The hot tub wouldn’t get warm but infinity did excellent in sending maintenance out to rectify the problem and just the small matter of the shower head on the jacuzzi bath was leaking through the kitchen on the last night, maintenance temporarily fixed it. Shout out to the maintenance lads they were brilliant. Overall lovely experience minus the few problems.. infinity were very responsive to whatever we Needed. Just needs a few paint touch ups In the kitchen and the electric heater needs attaching back to the wall but apart from That the house is lovely so are the gardens.
